pSeven 6.47 Release
pSeven development team announces the release of pSeven 6.47, a new version of our platform for data analysis and optimization. This is bugfix release that contains no new features, but includes updates in Design space exploration block and Predictive Modeling.
Note!
Using this release is not recommended as it has several issues, which are resolved in pSeven 6.48. If you update from pSeven version 6.46 or below, it is recommended to skip version 6.47 and update directly to 6.48 or a more recent version.
The issues found in this release include:
- The compatibility issue with the default GTApprox behavior related to training sample output data transformation.
- Related issues with the output transformation settings in the model training dialogs (Build model and others).
- A regression issue in the Design space exploration block, which could cause the block to stop with an error while processing the results of optimization or adaptive design.
The above issues are resolved in pSeven 6.48.
Updates and Changes
Design space exploration block:
- Updated the algorithms used to train internal response models in Adaptive Design for GP, thus improving that technique performance.
Bugfixes
Predictive modeling:
- Fixed an issue where an initial model was ignored in training, so it returned a new model trained on the new data only, instead of updating the initial model with new data.
- Fixed an issue with the MoA technique where it could not train a model with a small sized sample, even if the sample satisfied the minimum size requirements.
- Fixed an issue with initial models that have linear dependencies in outputs, where those dependencies were ignored when training an updated model, or caused an exception in training.
Design space exploration block:
- Fixed an issue with results post-processing in general purpose DoE techniques, which caused an extra delay before the block output the generated designs.
