pSeven 6.35 Release

pSeven development team announces the release of pSeven 6.35, a new version of our platform for data analysis and optimization. Take a look what's new in the release below.

Updates and Changes

General

  • Model minimum and maximum estimates: in Analyze, open the Model Details dialog and switch to the [Output estimates] tab to get information about estimated minimum and maximum output value for each model response and corresponding input values.

What is it for?

This is needed in order to quickly check if there are no obvious critical errors in the model, for example: if user have trained a model for a part that has "estimated mass" and "estimated volume" outputs, then obviously at no production parameters for that part (i.e. model input values) can the "mass" and "volume" outputs be less than 0. If user finds when reviewing the min/max values that any of these outputs have a minimum <0, then this is a signal that the model has somehow been trained wrong.

Documentation

  • Updated section Blackbox Responses in the Design space exploration block documentation to better explain usage of [NaN] and [N/A] response values.
  • Added FAQ: How to change the default location for block sandboxes?
