DATADVANCE User Conference 2019 Review

On November 6 and 7, DATADVANCE User Conference 2019 was held in Gif-sur-Yvette (Paris area), at the CentraleSupelec Campus. On the first day, experts from 38 European and Asian companies operating in aerospace, energy, acoustics, autonomous driving, retail and other industries discovered pSeven Enterprise ― the collaborative solution by DATADVANCE planned for release in 2020, took a close look at the new features of pSeven in a live demo and explored customer success stories. The mainstream of the second day was the workshop, that gathered participants from 18 companies and led them through the most popular capabilities of pSeven.

Conference Opening & Keynote Speakers

Laurent Chec, Vice-President of Global Sales at DATADVANCE, presented company’s background, business achievements and plans, and introduced conference’s sponsors – technology partners TRANSVALOR and MSC Software France, who welcomed the participants at their booths in the exhibition area. The keynote presentation followed, delivered by Philippe Bonnelle, Head of Modeling Department of Refining and Chemicals at TOTAL. Mr. Bonnelle considered the challenge of optimizing an extremely complex refining process and the role of artificial intelligence in this task.

Next was the biggest discovery of the conference ― pSeven Enterprise solution, that will be available in early 2020, and its' live demo showed by Sergey Morozov, President of DATADVANCE. Sergey highlighted the key features of this collaborative solution aimed to simplify and speed-up the setup of repetitive engineering tasks, share knowledge between departments and partners, collect and reuse engineering data. The demonstation was supported by the following presentation by Vincent Léger, Radiation Shielding Expert of TN International (Orano).
