pSeven will be presenting at the NAFEMS seminar “Apports de la Simulation Numérique pour le développement et l'utilisation des énergies décarbonées”

We are excited to announce that pSeven will participate in the upcoming NAFEMS seminar “Apports de la Simulation Numérique pour le développement et l'utilisation des énergies décarbonées“ (“Contributions of numerical simulation to the development and use of carbon-free energy sources”), which will take place on November 13, 2025, in Paris, France.

The ecological transition is a major challenge for our societies. Alongside changes in our lifestyles, the development of carbon-free energies must make a decisive contribution, whether through renewable energies (solar, wind, etc.) that have already been in use for several years, or through the revival of French nuclear power announced some time ago, or the development of the hydrogen sector.

In the face of these new challenges, digital simulation is a valuable tool that can help overcome the obstacles to the development of these energies.

NAFEMS France is organizing a themed day to address these new issues and the solutions that digital technology can provide, through presentations by industrial and academic players.

On November 13, at 11:45, Nina Moello, Application engineer of pSeven, will present an insightful talk "Dimensionnement optimisé du routage hydraulique dans les centrales nucléaires" (“Optimized dimensioning of hydraulic routing in nuclear power plants”).

Her talk will delve into how Orano Projects and pSeven leverage Process Integration and Design Optimization (PIDO) automate hydraulic pipe routing, significantly reducing duct length and installation costs in nuclear facilities. This innovative approach combines CAD data, meshing, and advanced optimization (MILP + GBO), demonstrating the power of early-phase design automation in high-stakes industries.
