MACROS 5.3 Release

DATADVANCE development team is pleased to announce the release of MACROS 5.3, a new stable version of the MACROS library and featured plug-ins.

This release brings the following improvements:

  • Added incremental training support for the approximation models trained using the Gradient Boosted Regression Trees (GBRT) technique. This feature allows updating an existing GBRT model with new data, using the initial model as a "starting point" in training.
  • New sensitivity analysis techniques added to GTSDA: a fast correlation-based important feature selection algorithm, and a correlation-based method to compute Sobol sensitivity indices. We have also significantly improved the performance of the Kendall correlation analysis technique.

MACROS 5.3 also fixes a few bugs discovered since the previous MACROS 5.2 release. Contact us to receive more information and MACROS updates!
