pSeven 3.3 Release

DATADVANCE development team is pleased to announce the release of pSeven 3.3, the next stable version of our platform for automated simulation, process integration, multidisciplinary design optimization, and data analysis.

The most important features of this release are:

• parallel coordinates plots,
• the ability to add multiple parallel input ports to std.Composite blocks, and
• improvements in workflow import to std.Composite blocks.

Parallel coordinates plotting is now available on the Analyze screen, where pSeven's post-processing tools are gathered. Parallel coordinates plots are very useful in visualizing high-dimensional geometry and analyzing multivariate data. In pSeven, these plots support interactive point filtering (data selections), dimension axis scaling, gradient coloring and various other display settings:

std.Composite with multiple parallel input ports allows to create parallel processing regions even in complex workflows with a lot of data connections. Previous limitation of having at most one parallel input is removed:

Workflow-to-block import, one of the core pSeven features that allows to re-use existing workflows as std.Composite blocks, now provides full support for importing and merging workflow configurations. You can choose to keep workflow input values, parameter presets, and monitoring settings in the new import dialog:
